Antoinette is available for consulting on furnishings and art, accessories procurement, styling, space planning, paint color selection and furniture procurement for a rate of $175 per hour. You can also choose an option from the packages below.

Price: $350 (2 hours @ $175 per hour)

This is the opportunity to get valuable advice from a professional designer. Everything you have questioned about your interiors and we will provide solutions to your problems.

You'll get 2 hours at your home to discuss as many spaces as you'd like ( For example, if you need a new furniture layout, professional advice on whether or not to re-do your floors). While in your home, Antoinette will ask a lot of questions, take notes and also take photos. After the consultation, Antoinette will send notes via email for your reference.

Price range: $4,000 - $8,000 (per room and exact cost will be determined according to construction scope and room size. Does not include furniture costs)

Here’s what’s included:

-Accurate measurements of the space

-Detailed floor plan to scale

-Color selection for the space (paint, materials and upholstery)

-Lighting plan

-Conceptual style and accessory plan

-A rendering of the space

-Specification tear sheets for all furnishings

-Furniture sourcing

-Budget management

-Design presentations

-Ordering and procurement of all furnishings

-Schedules for all furnishings, paint and materials

-Project management (tracking orders, coordinating with contractors and vendors)

-Project troubleshooting and problem solving

-Accessories presentation and styling

- Receiving all furniture deliveries and managing installations


After having an introductory call and in-home consultation with us, you can purchase and begin the full-service design process. Antoinette will schedule an appointment with you and review the design proposal and Letter of Agreement. Upon acceptance of the design package and letter of agreement, we’ll sign and collect 100% of the design fee to begin the project.

Antoinette will begin by taking measurements, drawing your furniture layouts in Auto CAD, creating a defining concept for your home, preparing a budget for all furnishings to be presented and approved by the client, creating a rendering of your space and furniture boards, shopping for fabrics, carpets and furniture. This process will take approximately 4 weeks and then she will be ready to present the full design of your space.

After the design plan has been signed and approved we will finalize all selections and collect payment for all products and materials so that we can begin. AA Interiors will manage and order all products, materials, furnishings and finishes for the project on your behalf throughout the entire project.

The AA Interiors team will create a project schedule and coordinate all tradespeople who are necessary for the job and begin work. We will provide you with the best timeline we possibly can so that you can plan around the work we are doing in your home. We will also track and coordinate all freight, shipments and deliveries, holding and storing all items until the installation phase. If items arrive broken or incorrect, we will handle everything and make it right.



Price: $1,500 - $3,000 (per room, and exact cost will be determined according to construction scope and room size. Does not include furniture costs)

Our DIY design package will provide you with every detail you need to fully realize your space’s design. You will experience the same design process that our full-service clients receive, however the difference is you will managing contractors and tradespeople (e.g. painters and plumbers, etc.), purchasing the furniture yourself, managing the project’s communication, receiving and inspecting all the deliveries, handling all installations and problem solving with vendors and styling on your own. This DIY package is best suited for individuals that are highly organized, detailed and have a lot of extra time to manage and execute their own project.

Here’s what’s included:

-Accurate measurements of the space

-Detailed floor plan to scale (PDF)

-Color selection for the space (paint, materials and fabrics)

-Lighting plan (PDF)

-Conceptual style, furnishings and accessories package (PDF)

-Specification tear sheets for all furnishings sourced and presented (PDF)

- One design presentation (if an additional presentation is requested it will be billed at $175 per hour)

Antoinette Allande Anderson is an expert interior design professional with over a decade of experience working in luxury residential interiors. She has worked with celebrities, business moguls and successful professionals on large scale multi-million dollar projects in NYC, The Hamptons, Los Angeles, Palm Beach, Washington, DC and Aspen. Her portfolio of projects range from renovating and decorating NYC town homes, sprawling suburban mansions, beach houses as well as small city apartments. Antoinette is well versed in all aspects of remodeling; from drawing plans to managing contractors to overseeing the design construction details. She is known for listening to her clients and providing excellent customer service and always strives to make the process less stressful. Antoinette is also passionate about sourcing artisanal furnishings, exquisite and rare vintage furniture and art for her projects. Her style is recognized for combining vintage and new modern furniture with contemporary art to achieve relaxed, layered and eclectic interiors.

Antoinette Allande Interiors offers full service interior design and consulting for residential as well as commercial projects. We work with a trusted team of local professional contractors, tradespeople and artisans that are committed to partnering with us and running a project smoothly, on time and on budget. Antoinette has extensive knowledge of the NYC luxury furniture market and over the years has built strong relationships with contractors, furniture workrooms, trade only furniture vendors and artists. She has learned how to trouble shoot and problem solve when it comes to working with vendors and finesse complicated situations with contractors on job sites.

Prior to forming her own design studio she worked as a senior designer and project manager at prestigious NYC design firms such as Pembrooke & Ives, Nicole Fuller Interiors and J. Patryce Design. She trained at the New York School of Interior Design on the upper east side of Manhattan. Growing up in a family of artists, she fell in love with art and design at an early age. Her approach to designing interiors is to create a total work of art tailored to her clients' needs. Antoinette lives in Hoboken, NJ with her husband and adorable fur baby Lulu, a Bichon Frisé rescue.
